Delete your FirstLook account

You can delete your FirstLook account and the data tied to it at any time, straight from the app or by emailing us. Deletion is permanent.

Delete it in the app

1. Open the FirstLook app and sign in.
2. Tap the More tab (bottom of the screen).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Or ask us to do it

If you can’t get into the app, email support@firstlook.soccer from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm it’s you and remove your account within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your FirstLook profile and everything tied to it, including:

• Your profile details (name, headshot, positions, bio, and stats)
• Your reels and any media you uploaded
• Your matches, swipes, and messages
• Your login and account record

What we keep, and for how long

Your data is removed from the live FirstLook service immediately. Any residual copies in our encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. We keep a minimal record only where the law requires it (for example, to handle fraud or a legal request), never for marketing.
