A feed of players you have not seen yet
FirstLook is built for the people who find players: college and university coaches, scouts, agents, club staff and recruiters at every level of the game. You watch short highlight reels, show interest in the players who catch your eye, and talk to the ones who accept.
Short reels, one at a time
Every player posts up to two reels of 60 seconds or less. Reels reach you one at a time in a randomized feed, so you judge each player on what you see.
Filter for what you need
Narrow the feed by position, gender, age and location, and spend your time on the players who fit your roster, your program or your client list.
Show interest in a swipe
Swipe to show interest in a reel. The player reviews it and decides whether to accept. Once you are matched, you can ask for a full match link when a reel is not enough.
Ten messages, then your process
A match opens ten messages shared between you and the player: enough to ask the questions that matter before you continue through your usual channels. Many players are under 18, so involve a parent or guardian early and follow the recruiting rules that apply to you.
No rankings, no paid placement
No player can pay to be shown more often, and no algorithm decides who you see. Every reel gets the same chance, which is what makes the feed worth watching.
